1.Can I schedule recurring donations? Yes. We offer an option to set up recurring giving through "Church Center." You can set up your profile on your and input all of your info on a schedule.
2. Will I still receive a contribution statement? For the current tax year, Contribution Statements for your tax returns will be mailed out in physical form by Feb 1. If your email is on file with us, we will also email quarterly giving statements.
3. Is online giving secure? We’ve taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure from beginning to end. All of your giving data is secured by PayPal’s SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for “Secure Socket Layer,” a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies such as Amazon.com to keep your information safe and secure during transactions.
4. Can I give through my bank? Yes. If your bank provides for an online bill paying service you can indicate “Summit Crestview” as the payee’s name, specify your name as the account, and use 100 Duggan Ave, Crestview, FL 32536 as the Payee’s address. Your bank will send The Summit the payment and we will record it in our records just as if you’ve sent it.
